1. About us

apexpool.store is operated by Apexprime Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17244811, with its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order, including where:

• the item is out of stock or no longer available
• the price or product description contained an error
• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method
• we are unable to ship to your address.

If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable UK VAT where chargeable. Prices exclude customs duties and import taxes for international deliveries — see our Shipping Policy.

We correct pricing errors as soon as we find them. Where an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund. We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.

4. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Cues, cases and accessories are made from natural materials — wood grain, colour, weight and finish vary between individual items. Product photographs are illustrative, and colours may appear differently on your screen. Minor variation is not a defect.

Weights, lengths and tip sizes are given as manufacturer specifications and are subject to normal production tolerances.

5. Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are indicative. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payment by card through Shopify Payments and by PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed in USD.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, layout, logos and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Apexprime Trading Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to any user who breaches these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity or use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, supplier failures, strikes, extreme weather or interruptions to telecommunications and payment networks.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
