Apexprime Trading Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates apexpool.store. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

1. Information we collect

You give us: name, email address, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and the contents of any message you send us.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring site, pages viewed and time spent, via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not store your full payment card details. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, who receive your card data directly.

• Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta) — where you have consented to cookies

Some of these providers are located outside the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records: 7 years, as required by UK tax law. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence: 3 years. Analytics data: up to 26 months.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to function (cart, checkout, security), plus analytics and advertising cookies where you consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working.

6. Your rights

7. California residents

8. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at apexpool.store with the date of last revision.
